Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Limitless, a personal performance system operated by P1ONE ([RAZÃO SOCIAL], CNPJ [CNPJ]), available at solonlife.com. By checking the acceptance box on the consent screen, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. What Limitless is

A system with four artificial intelligence agents (Performance, Training, Nutrition and Mental Health) that share information with each other to organize your routine, goals, training, nutrition and self-care. The system can use data from your watch (Garmin or Polar) and your Google Calendar, if you connect them.

2. Who can use it

  • People aged 18 or older.
  • One account per person. The account is personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens in your account.

3. Limits of the service: read carefully

  • The agents generate recommendations based on the information you provide and on your watch data. They do not diagnose, do not prescribe medication and do not replace a physician, dietitian, trainer, physiotherapist or psychologist.
  • Before starting or intensifying a training program or changing your diet, consult a health professional, especially if you have an injury, illness, pregnancy or take medication.
  • Tell the agents about injuries, pain and restrictions. The recommendations depend on the quality and accuracy of what you report.
  • Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort, and seek care.
  • The Mental Health agent is not psychological care and not an emergency service. In a crisis in Brazil, call CVV (188), available 24 hours, or SAMU (192). Outside Brazil, call your local emergency number.
  • Recommendations generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors. Use your judgment. No change to your plan is applied without your confirmation.

4. Plans and payment

  • Limitless offers the plans described at [LINK DA PÁGINA DE PLANOS], with what each one includes.
  • The subscription is billed [MONTHLY / YEARLY] by [PROVEDOR DE PAGAMENTO] and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access to the paid plan continues until the end of the period already paid.
  • Right of withdrawal: you can cancel within 7 days of the first purchase and get your payment back (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).
  • Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply only from the following period.

5. Points and levels

Points, levels and milestones measure your use and consistency within the system. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be recalibrated to keep the system balanced.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to:

  • try to access other users' data or restricted parts of the system;
  • use bots or automation to extract data or overload the system;
  • use the agents for illegal purposes or to generate content that violates third-party rights;
  • resell, copy or reproduce the system or its content.

Breach of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

7. Intellectual property

The methodology, texts, brand, code and design of Limitless belong to P1ONE. The data you provide remains yours. You authorize its use only to operate the system, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Your data

The processing of your data follows the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

You can delete all your data and your account at any time with the Delete my data and account button, in Profile. Deletion is immediate, also removes the events the system created in your Google Calendar and cannot be undone.

Your health data is the foundation of how the agents work. Withdrawing this authorization deletes your account and all your data.

9. Availability

We work to keep the system available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, provider failures (such as watch, calendar or artificial intelligence providers) or delays in data sync. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, P1ONE is not liable for training, nutrition or health decisions made based on the recommendations without a professional's assessment, nor for incorrect data reported by the user or sent by the watches. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. P1ONE may close accounts that violate these terms, with notice by email, except in case of serious violation.

12. Changes

Relevant changes to these terms will be announced inside the system in advance, and we will ask for a new acceptance. Version and date are always at the top.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction.
